my ip is 71.56.74.185 or TJH1-02D2F18722.hsd1.ga.comcast.net

and my isp is comcast

please help me resolve this

There is no such ban. You were simply kicked/banned for a temp amount of tmie. Maybe you should focus less on harrassing OP's about ripping dvds, and spend more time downloading, or re-reading our terms...espically the part about no dvd rips.
