Sevendust

Hey!

I just heard Sevendust's new album "Next" at my internship with UMVD and I couldn't stop listening to it. No joking but all the songs on the album are really good---and I'm not just saying that cause I'm a fan but this is one of their best albums. I think the single "Pieces" and "Failure" are so hard not one can top them.

When they rolled though New Haven, CT with Nonpoint, Wicked Wisdom and Socialburn on their last tour I worked with them. Got to see the show for free from the stage, got to hear soundcheck including an instrumental version of Silence, and started a mini-pit going amongst the house crew, whcih drew their attention. They came down the loading ramp afterwards laughing and said they hadn't seen that, and I got to talk to Lajon and Morgan for a bit. Badass band...
