i tried both but neither work....

The IP Address is: 219.95.153.xxx. The host name is: tm.net.my

That ISP is banned from the website, due to massive attacks on the website. I strongly doubt it will be removed.

If so, meaning I am not able to access to videopimp again? Even for #videopimp as well? Is there anyway I can still download nice video from videopimp again?

That ISP is banned from the website(s) www.videopimp.com and www.videopimp.org due to attacks on the website. No idea on IRC.
