my friend told me to put this:

Dear Moderator:
I Use Bellsouth Fast Access DSL. It provides each customer with a private IP and a public IP.
Whoever this guy that you think i am, i am not. Here is the scenario. This guy is on his private/public ip, trash talks
or w/e and gets banned. then he trys to log back in with his other ip (private/public), then when another bellsouth customer
comes along on the public ip you think that it is that guy and ban their ip. im sure the guy that got banned logged in 2 times
with 2 different ips, as well as i have.

my public ip and his are the same. but we have differnt privates. if you could plz lift the ban long enough for me to talk and
and for me to get this cleared up i would greatly appreciate it.

And this is the 3rd account on the forums you have created. Apprently the rules just do not apply to you.

Take care of this the correct way or I will ban the entire ISP.

So you are saying that Bellsouth now uses PROXIES as well as AOL? I strongly doubt that. The user in question has 2 accounts on the forums. When he sucks it up, and decides to resolve it the correct way, he will be able to access the forum. In the mean time I think he needs to go re-read the rules.

That shows you william, with 2 accounts logged in. ie. Multiple accounts. The IP below that is the IP you were on earlier, that had signed up both of those accounts. Next time you lie about your little internal/external IPs, try harder.

And all of his accounts have now been deleted. When he chooses to step forward, and obey our rules then he can sign up. But if he wants to break our rules again, its end of story.
