Hello,
I was wandering if anyone could tell me how to screen capture a video. When I use photoshop (7) the screen capture works except the video part. If the movie is still playing, then when in photoshop the movie is also still playing. Is there any software that I can download that might be able to fix this problem?

Use TMPGenc for the screen capture or search downloads.com or google.com for a program that will let you do screen caps. I just use TMPGENC for that. You can't do a normal screen shot, of video.
Load your video into TMPGenc
Click Setting
Click Advanced Tab
Double Click Source Range
Navigate on the bar to image you want to capture
Right click on image in display and select Copy To Clipboard
Paste in any image program
