I don't think I've ever heard of them. Will an old person like me like them? Or are they all Franz Ferdinandy?

they are not franz ferdinandy...they are more along the lines of say mest or new found glory...
they are pop punk if you must classify them

can't say I was in Mest, but I do like NFG.
So when I finally stop working for the week I will check them out.
