Changed some user groups around. New users will be called "Noobs" After 5 posts they will be upgraded to the "Unvadidated Users" group. As "Noobs they are unable to use the Private Messaging system. There has been quite an abuse of that lately. A new user will sign up, and instantly msg me or another admin for help, when help is plainly posted within the forums for them to read. What's the point of explaining something, that is already posted?
After users have posted 5 posts, they should automagically upgrade to the "unvalidated usergroup".
