what video is this? and is it on dvd? i don't recognize the song and since it's in Russian, it's been impossible for me to identify so far.

Well, the song is called Simple Motions (or for the Russian speaking, Prostie dvizeniya), and as far as I'm aware it's not on DVD, well not on Amazon UK or Amazon.com.
