Why don't you post the actual ban. It's not 201.* But it was placed due to several users flooding the channel with ASCII ART (prolly one user re-dialing up to gain a new IP address, then flooding again.

You can also blame your ISP for not accolating IP addresses correctly. Like much of South America.
