If the drive is for personal file, do this:
01. Right-click on My Computer
02. Select Manage
03. At the left of the list: Computer Management (Local) > Storage > Disk Management. Select that option
04. On the lower right on that window, you will see like Disk 1, Disk 2, Disk 3. Select the disk which you want to make it "one hard drive" that you said. To identify whether is the correct disk that you select, right-click on the "Disk #" and select properties.
05. To make that particular drive into one partition, just right-click on the drive letter that which is in that particular drive and select Delete Partition. BEFORE THAT, MAKE SURE IN THAT PARTITION DOESN'T HAVE ANY FILES BECAUSE DELETING THE PARTITION WILL ERASE ALL THE FILES
06. After delete, right click on the "unpartition space" and select format.
07. Read the instructions in the screen, if your hard drive is 80GB, put 80GB in that partition and make sure it's a quick format. (Quick format takes a while but normal format will take a long long time.)
If got any errors on my steps, please correct it for me. Thank you. =)

Or just use PartitionMagic (http://www.partitionmagic.com/home_homeoffice/products/overview.jsp?pcid=sp&pvid=pm80).
