hey i've just started using this mIRC, i've downloaded the guide of how to use it but i've arrived to the step in whioch i have to put "get" and the name of the file, but on some servers there's a thing which says: "use trigger: /ctcp dejaperdu everything", what does this means ??? because i have put get and the file name but nothing happens!!!

Ok 1st off you need to be on a server to use the get command. So, you need to you the trigger to get onto the server and then follow the sets like getting into folder and listing the directories. After that when you see the actual file you want at this point use the get file command but please leave off the size and it should allow you to download. Good luck!

hey look what i did, but nothing happends!!! there is no window downloading the file!!!!

EDIT: What do i have to do when this windows appears???? The window belongs to another chat room. . .

You would want to accept it, then follow the instructions in the help file.

Thx a lot Asspin!!! But looks what happens when i accept and i use the get command. . . Nothing happens!!!

The same happens in every server i enter =S!

lol... that's normal. You can close the server window and just stay in #videopimp. The file will send to you when it's your turn.

You were banned because you spammed in the channel. Its a temp ban of I think 15 min.

Maybe you should take some time to go read the Rules/Terms (www.videopimp.com/terms) page.

We kind of need a ban message and a ban in order to remove a ban in vp. Look in the ban section of the forums or try to wait it out if it is a timed one.

He spammed a URL in, after he was bitching and moaning about being "in queue".

He had a bunch of spanish shit up there, I didn't feel like bothering to translate it, as this site aint spanish, so fuckit, removed.
