omg, it was held november first and nobody told me. i had no idea. sometimes it airs "live" on mtv2 usa. did it? the later repeats cut out so much....

when MTV "premieres" the show on nov 11, it will only be 60 minutes long. so they will probably show foo, my chem, and avril. last year, they'd cut some performances short, even nelly furtado's song was cut short...

It will repeats heaps this week on MTV Australia.
The Red Carpet repeat is almost over
So bring on the Foo Fighters.
The repeat here is Full Fat like the live version.

And wow, can't believe you missed it rain.
Its been heavily advertised here.
And every MTV award show is live here.
As MTV Australia has nothing else

Well It still is, I got a few from rage that I still wanted.
Got all 3 of those performances from MTV EMA I wanted.
And still got live Kisschasy, Beautiful Girls to encode.
and Veronicas and lot more (just of the top of my head) to sync.

nah. but it's never advertised here. no year has it been. only the later edited shortened packaged up version is ever advertised. one year Lucy told me about it and we were both capping at the same time. last year I ran across it by accident and managed to cap Muse before mtv stopped airing Muse's participation. And mtv2's site doesn't even work. i was gonna see if it did air here yesterday afternoon (nighttime in europe). but i still don't know if it did.

so kudos to Australia where music actually matters!!! YAY

But....... only about 7-8 hours of music in the morning isn't enough after all i would watch music in the afternoon rather than scarred or jackass.
Shame I didn't get my capping gear earlier.
I really enjoyed the AVMA's and the earlier series of the Lair.
Which had bands like Something With Numbers, The GETAWAY PLAN!!!!, BCE, Sum 41 etc.
Those live versions were brilliant.

So I'm hoping for a marathon of the Lair and a repeat of the 2007 AVMA's.

Well I'd like to keep a bit of it a surprise.
But I got 2 .m2v's
A bit of Australian Alternative.
I'd say the most exciting being The Used Paralyzed.
And pretty much everything, anyone could find of The Mint Chicks so far.

So really only serch and I would know all of them.
