Can't Connect to #videopimp on IRC???? HELP! Have Connected Before but Now Can't?

Have been trying to connect for about two weeks now. I have connected before but now I can't. Is the server still down or what? Some one please Help!!

I am running mIRC and have to register it could this be the problem?
Any help would be great thanks.
