Serving Problem

Hey, my server had been set up for a few months but I needed a reformat. I have it set up now but regardless of what I set the root directory to my whole machine shows. Any suggestions?

Your whole machine shows like how? What comes up when someone types dir after the server lets them on?

This might seem a little obvious.....but try putting the files in a folder.
