having a little problem downloading vids

hey... i'm having a little problem downloading videos..
i search them and get a queue but when the video can never be downloaded, it says that the connection failed, that i couldn't connect with the user but it happens all the time... i uninstalled and installed it again to see what happened and i haven't been able to download one single video... can somebody please help me? thanks a lot...

For me it would be a lot easier to try to help you if you would come to #videopimp.com so we could try a test send... but 1st thing to check is if you have a firewall or some router setting that needs adjusting come to the helpc hannel and we can figure it out.
