It says #videopimp is banned

I just got the program (snak on mac) and i have never been to any Servers or anything like that and when i type in the channel (#videopimp) and this is what it says : Closing Link: 127.0.0.1 (*** Banned )

what should i do?

That sounds like an actual IRC server ban. (the actual IRC server which we dont run) banning you for some reason. If you post the actual reason it says, we can try to help.

Type /server irc.efnet.net
You will connect eventually.
