i was banned! why????

i mailed support@videopimp.org and they said to use my home internet connection...
guess what: I JUST USE MY HOME INTERNET CONNECTION!
i've never went to a cyber cafe man!

All the videos that i downloaded from #videopimp were from my home computer! The only thing i have is my dad's computer shared with mine's!

Is there anyway to solve this, or i just can't use videopimp forever?

No one said anything about forever. That's why this area of the forums is here. It would be nice to see how you were banned though (the acutal ban message).

There are several IP ranges that are banned from Internet Cafe use, due to mis-use here. Can you please try to rejoin #videopimp then post the actual ban message you get (the ban itself). If you don't know what that looks like, please read the sticky post at the top of the page.

We need that info from you, before we can even look into the ban.

That's the info we are lookin for. If you don't want to post that, then fine, the ban will be looked at whenever some admin has some free time to look thru logs.

Join the channel, turn your logs on and capture the ban message from the channel through the log that is recorded (that's how I would do it). Obviously, noone is going to help you if you can't read the sticky notes AND have a cool attitude about it. And if you were desperate about trying to get back into #videopimp, you would've tried to figure out how to get that ban message.. Now that i've given you a hint what to do, you can try that and figure it out for another few weeks, cause complaining doesn't solve anything...

but i just can't get it! i just acess to #videopimp and it only appear a message like this:

I PMed him a step by step explanation to get the ban message. If he cannot get if from what I told him, he's on his own as far as im concerned.

When you are banned it either shows in the channel before you are banned, or server window. All of these times you've been kicked, one would think it would of shown at least once...

If it were a big deal to you, you would of posted the info by now.
