Try this. Unhook your router for a while 30 min or so. Then connected it back up (without the modem hooked up) Clear out all settings (complete hard reset). Setup with a new password (including the basic login, you might even be able to change the user id (instead of admin on most routers) depending on the router). Then resetup the wireless side. Use WPA at least, WPA-SK with T (can't remember exact name of it, no wireless here). Then set your network IP accolation list for the exact amount of IP's that you will normally be using (ie set for 4 ips if you normally have 4 machines connected). Once you've resetup the router, reconnect it to your modem and see what your overall results are.
