Trying to resolve a ban

I will message you then, I jsut tried again to see if resolved and got this message in the channel:

I signed on to efnet and only tried to join videopimp, so I CAN'T be in any other channels, and only other channel I am on is my home channel on another server, so I am totally confused. I will try to message you later when it is convenient for you.
