Go download Ewido-Free from Grisoft's website. Run the updates. Then reboot into safe mode and run the scan. Once its completed, click on the perform (forgot what it says) at the bottom to clean them. Then reboot back into windows.

Should clear it up. Then make sure all your windows update are done, and you have an antivirus software installed and kept updated.
