if you can do that much and see the word me where this person has ~nunyabiz then change that part and then try to join again if that does not work then please let me know.

If that's his ident, he prolly needs to remove the word biz from his ident. More than likely it was in a spambot's ident once upon a time.

This is an easy change that the user can make.

Since you have your ident as: ~stelome

If you change the ident to something like this: ~stelo you should no longer be banned. I do believe this ident setting is in the main part of mirc( if you use mirc that is), under the connet part on mine it is the 4th option. Good luck and I do hope you can get this working right for you.
