Default nvidia nforce 680i Sli motherboard

Hey vamp, I was wondering if u know if that motherboard is manufactured by Asus? Actually it is (ASUS P5N32-E SLI) but dunno if its sold already or u must w8 for stock and such.

Now my question is, do u think its worth it getting a mobo like this along with lets say 2 Gb Kingston 6400 DDR2 (Sli-ready) ram?

Any info u have on this would be apreciated.

    p.s oh, happy new year

if i were you i would wait at least a month.
usually with such new releases comes quite alot of conflicts with other hardware (it's impossible to test all video/music o tv cards in few benchmarks you saw online) so waiting till the release of new firmware usually is a good idea.
