svchost.exe no disk problem after removing cd

everytime i remove a cd from any of my 2 drives, i get a popup saying there is no disk in the relevant drive. it pops up every 5-10 mins. the only way get it to stop reappearing is i open up exact audio copy and then click the cancek button and it doesnt pop up again until i put a cd in and take it out again. dont know what caused this but ive left it for a few months now..im not online so its not the internet messing things up. please help! thanks.

try running a good scanner like etrust pest patroll or spybot search and destroy and avg antivirus from grissoft dot com also the old adaware 6.0 not adaware 2007 the 2007 version sucks then check whats running at startup with ctrl alt del and see whats all running get a good screen capture program that takes a picture of your screen and or the boxes on it and show us what the list of programs running is and go from there
