Banned?

Hey. I tried to access #videopimp, but I got this message:

You were kicked from #videopimp by SwtchFoot (banned:Blow ME! (why are you demanding a voice here? go get a new pair of knee pads, you're gonna need them!))

When I tried to re-access it a bit later, I got this:
#videopimp unable to join channel (address is banned)

I actually haven't been on the channel for more than a month, and I've been visiting off an on for a couple of years. I've never demanded anything (if anything, I try and go out of my way to avoid Ops/Voices). I think a different account on my ISP or something did this.

Is there anything I can do? Am I going to stay perm. banned?

It's a 30 day ban, you can blame this numb nuts who decided to keep changing his IDENT, each time he got banned for constantly asking for a voice in the channel.
