Is There A List Of Universal & Non-Universal Artist? if there is can somebody tell what's it's "URL"..... thx....

There isn't one even UMG doesn't have all it's aritsts listed on any of their websites, on the link above there's only some portion of artists that are signed under UMG

so how do we know which are UMG artists and which are not?

you could look at the name of their label on the purchased pressed CDs in your collection. or on their website. or most online music stores show the label promoting/distributing the CD. If you look an artist up on Wikipedia, it quite often lists their current/past labels and you can look up the parent company (many labels are sub-labels under one of the big 4. is it down to just the 4 now?)
