how can i get in windows as administrator
i need it to use Mirc and Ares in a public domain Pc.
the computer is protected with windows firewall and i cant use that programs
or change any settings from the firewall.

can someone help me?

If the computer it's not yours, then you can't. Well, if possible, it's consider a hack. Be good, no hackings.

If its a public domain pc, then obviously it's not yours. Use your own file sharing programs on your own machine. And more than likely, if its "public domain machine" then they have something past the windows firewall, that will be blocking you as well.

Assuming the firewall allows connections out on port 8080, you can connect to the efnet server in norway (i think). I used to do this at work, but i was administrator on my machine, and the firewall was a hardware firewall somewhere else in the office.
