I'm currently on a sluggish 2.5mbps down and 415kbps up (300kb/s down and 54kb/s up) for $25 a month for the Pro DSL package from AT&T.
Oh i forgot to mention that i was on cable. And it costs around $35 (converted to USD).

Yeah i agree with that. Its so unproportioned. I expected like at least 512kb. The next plan i can upgrade to is 12mbps down, 512kbs up, which will cost me bout $15 more every month.
1.5mbps down, 256kbps up (= about 150/25). Upload sucks but it doesnt worry me because I dont upload much, and i'm happy to wait when I DL at 150kpbs (not that it takes that long). If we could get better upload speeds for a reasonable price over here I'd do it and serve.

Same problem here. My upload speed is the same as yours although the dload speed is 8mbps. If I have a free speed upgrade to bout 512kbps, i will serve.

At least 10mbit, prolly 100mbit. Not sure offhand.
Charter is gonna come out with 16Mbit download this summer. Not sure what the upload is. Ambie would have to answer that, since she works there. Ambie should hook me up with some free internet's.

And how much do u pay Charter for the internet?
Do you mean for PROMO|BOT or Vamp's actual home internet?
If your talking about his home internet, its the "High-Speed" basic plan from Charter.
