We cannot upgrade our DSL package to the highest because we are the furthest away from our substation (other substation ends across the street!)
We may alternatively switch to my local cable company's (Time Warner Cable) Turbo plan, the upload is not as near as good (2mbps up or something), but the download speeds will be about the same.

Yeah my mistake. 2mbps up. I would also like to have it, but im sure my parents won't pay that kind of cash every month for it. Its around $130 singapore dollars, which is about 90usd.
