The requirements are it has to be 1.0 native, NOT 1.5 native, the "Title" must be VideoPimpMusic, and the "Slogan" must be "To Serve & Promote!"

I did some site-designs before but all of those were only friendly projects for college!
I worked with frontpage and it was really easy :) making skins for website but I didn't work with joomla. is it smth like frntpg ?
