Question about List of servers

when I type the !list command , list of servers is not complete. I mean I can see some servers in the right side of mIRC with + but they aren't listed in channel window. please tell me the reason, Thanks.

No everyone voiced is a server (+nick)
example me (+Frenchy) I'm a ripper not a server
