Bit confused

I just downloaded the mIRC client and tried to use it an this is the message I get when trying to connect. I think I used mIRC a looooooong time ago, like probably 4 years ago, but I wasn't ever banned to my knowledge. Is it possible my ISP is blocking this server? Thanks

Well, try changing your nick. The bots ban people with 'guest' in their nicknames.
