Well then cap for personal usage. That's what i do, as my caps are of a similar quality as yours.

I use an AOL MPEG-4 640x480 video downloader for my videos, sadly all they new videos they have added it doesn't work with them anymore. I am on my new laptop all the time now, not my desktop with the capping card.

Sorry, I'm pretty much saying I don't cap anymore period. I can find the music videos online so that's all I need.
