banned from irc

i was trying to down from mock1 the file would only dwn half way
so i asked in the open channel which might be against the channel rules?
hey whats the deal im only getting half the file,and was banned for no reason
i have run fservers before years ago so i am not a newb at irc

There is no "mock1" in vp. More than liekly you have no idea what you are talking about?
