ask & idea about download

First, i'm sorry about my english

I have been active download videos from the EFnet videopimp since 2005. but now can not download anymore because it is always getting slower. what a way to speed up downloads? at first time i can get 30 kb/s but now just only 10-15 kb/s.
why until now videopimp not release the video in places such as file hosting rapid, megaupload etc.?
I think many who agree with this idea.

Depends what server you are downloading from. Also depends on YOUR internet speeds. I can download @ about 2200 KB per second (20MBit), doesn't mean I'm going to get that speed on IRC.

Also check other downloads you have going on. Are you or is someone else on your network downloading while you are downloading?

I've tried posting crap on rapidshare...not too many people download when we post there. It takes more time and effort to do this, than its worth.
