Help with mac!

So I'm using ircle on my mac. i've had no problems connecting to videopimp. So i search for a video say mew and all the results come out. i tried entering the ctcp command for Josh Bosh (/ctcp joshbosh whoa...or something like that) and the dcc chat appears but nothing happens. it just says im talking to nobody. any help is appreciated!

You might wanna give jircii a try. It works well.

Any irc client with supports of ctcp and dcc protocols should work, it might be some setting that you heaven't noticed?
