We are not really doing this currently. It could come back, but we really haven't had the time to do it lately. We are already currently posting about 20 videos to the site per update (including new videos, blast from the past videos, & most downloaded videos of the month). We also offer up downloads via IRC as well as the new monthly torrents.

In order to even think about re-instating the download requests/votes we would need much more forum activity than we see now.
