What are your thoughts on William Duvell now doing the lead vocals for Alice In Chains after the death of Layne Staley?

In my opinion I think it was a great fit, it sounds almost as if it's still Stayley doing the vocals and the lyrical content is suprisingly similar to how Alice In Chains has always been, though I think Cantrell does the majority of the song-writing.

I agree, I felt the new AIC album wasn't bad. I wish Layne was still around but Duvell definitely wasn't a bad replacement.

DuVall doesn't compare to Staley. Don't get me wrong, he does a good job, but Jerry sort of took over as lead vocalist, and DuVall is now the back-up. Layne was more unique, whereas DuVall just blends in and is less noticeable.
