Extracting audio from video

I'm wondering if there is a program that will extract audio from mpeg videos. I want to make audio versions of some live sets I've downloaded and am wondering what you all use.

i just use sound recorder. although im aware that its not the best option, theres really not much choice for me.

i second VirtualDub. One option to take out the sound, strait to WAV

I use VideoZilla, it onverts almost anything video and audio...ALMOST anything. HAH :)
