Please review the following terms of service. These terms of service grant and deny the user limited rights while on the videopimp domain and all outside withholdings. These terms are subject to change without notice at any time!

01) WE ARE HERE TO SERVE AND PROMOTE! IF YOU OWN THE RIGHTS TO A VIDEO DISPLAYED BELOW AND WOULD RATHER NOT HAVE YOUR ARTIST PROMOTED HERE, PLEASE CONTACT US AT support@videopimp.com AND IT WIL BE REMOVED WITHOUT QUESTION.

02) WE UNDERSTAND THE NEED TO PROTECT THE ARTISTS INTEGRITY AND UNDERSTAND WHEN THERE IS A DEMAND FOR MEDIA THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO THE ENTIRE PUBLIC BUT IS MADE PUBLIC DOMAIN. IN THAT RESPECT, CONTACT US IF YOU WOULD LIKE HIGH QUALITY DOWNLOADS CREATED FOR YOUR OFFICIAL BAND SITE.

03) ABUSE OF THE WEBSERVER IS NOT ALLOWED! LINK STEALING, DIRECT LINKING, EMAIL SPAMMING OR OTHER ATTACKS DONE IN A MALICIOUS MANOR WILL BE REPORTED TO THE OFFENDER'S ISP, WSP AND POSSIBLY LAW ENFORCEMENT UPON INCURRENCE OF ANY FINANCIAL DAMAGE OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY ENDORSED ARTIST (LENNON, DEFAULT, STABBING WESTWARD, DUST FOR LIFE, CREED, MUDVAYNE, CUSTOM, FINGER ELEVEN, UNWRITTEN LAW, QUARTER INCH JACK, BAILOUT)

04) ANY CONTINUED SUPPORT, SPAM OR DISPLAY OF SUPPORT FOR THE FOLLOWING ARTISTS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE BANISHMENT FROM THE WEBSITE AND ALL HOLDINGS AS WE HAVE ENTERED INTO AGREEMENT TO NOT SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING (LARS SUCKS, TANTRIC OR MATTHEW GOODBAND)

#VIDEOPIMP (EfNet) General Users

01) NO serving or requesting W.a.r.e.z, Porn, Motion Pictures, "For Sale" Official VHS/DVD, or Full Broadcast Television Series be distributed or ripped
02) NO CAPS/SHOUTING!
03) NO port scanning
04) NO spamming (You will be kicked and your channel's users will be banned for advertising channels other than #videopimp or posting "http://" links in the channel. If you feel the need to share a link please do so via Private Messaging. If you need to share a link with the whole channel please find other means of doing so by placing spaces between the URL. We cannot be held responsible for users posting direct links to questionable material)
05) NO script virusing (You will be kicked/banned if you have a script/server virus whether or not you know or are willingly spreading it. We may use special detection methods and kick you to protect our other users from typing in a bad trigger.)
06) NO Bottlers / Auto get scripts
07) NO requesting OPERATOR/OPs (@) status
08) NO requesting rippers serve videos
09) NO harrassing OPs or Fserves or Rippers
10) NO requesting direct sends of videos or files (There are plenty of fserves to download from.)
11) Turn Acromancer Off
12) No Flooding/Repeating
13) No Trillian, MS Chat or Netmeeting clients allowed, any usage of clients other than mirc or i**ision will not be tolerated
14) Request Advertisers OFF
15) Clones will not be Permitted, People Cloning will have a Temp Ban, Persistent Offenders will be Permanently banned
16) English is the only language that will be tolerated within the main chan, Please keep other languages to Private Co**ersations.
17) All requests are to be made in the forum
18) NO names that have the name of another video group in them
19) Do not /msg or DCC chat to servers & OPs, Do not xdcc list non XDCC servers
20) No Colours except those in away messages

The Following will get you kicked, and possibly banned from #Videopimp:
mp3, M.E.T.A.L.L.I.C.A, DVD, FTP, Porn, Matrix, Gay, http, WWW, Movie

#VIDEOPIMP (EfNet) Servers
01) Only approved servers that have been audited may serve (if you are not approved, turn your server off or you will be kicked)
02) All servers must serve at least 50 VideoPimp Videos to start serving
03) Fservs shall only serve files that comply with the release list. Ie no underscores in filenames + no sending using underscores
04) Minimum CPS can not exceed 10% of RCPS from your fservers ad.
05) NO Serving with "Dcc Reverse"
06) Fserve Timers @ 40 Min Or More
07) NO triggers that have the name of another video group in them
08) NO Serving Elsewhere!

You get access after you have served a decent amount and shown your loyalty to us by staying with us for a decent period. This period is 2 weeks of serving approximately 16hrs a day (allows offtime during work or sleep time). The 2 weeks may be less if you serve 24/7 or more if you serve for 4hrs a day. It is required to collect videos in this period and to serve them. This will give new servers a better taste for videopimp and hopefully keep them with us.

Rule is enforced unless approved by admin for special circumstance.

GUIDLINES FOR AVOIDING EARLY TERMINATION:

01) NO serving/trading/linking of *****, Porn, Motion Pictures or Full Broadcast Television Series

02) NO bashing of the moderators or defaming of the website in general

03) NO abuse of the web board including but not limited to spamming, flooding to gain rank, flooding to abuse the server

04) NO lying, impersonating or spreading of false misinformation to confuse the moderators or other users of this board

05) Repeated defamatory action within a reasonable timeframe as deemed by the webmaster, warrants an IP ban. Those using "IP changers" or "IP rotators" WILL BE repeatedly banned under any new user names registered as well if enough evidence supports they are the original violator
